The convenient schedule, core 2 classes which change up often and are never the same, the multiple locations with free parking and the great calorie burns.

What do you like about our products and services?

Clean facility, friendly staff, instructors are helpful and demonstrate moves, studio has mirrors and decent music choice. Beautiful bathroom/ locker room. The level of difficulty for each class is accurate and I never feel the need to push too hard not do I feel that it is ever too easy.

I love how open the instructors are to making you feel comfortable. They are always welcoming as soon as you walk in the door and are very helpful during class to aid in proper positioning. I love coming to the West Loop CPY!

I like that there are studios all over Chicago/Chicago suburbs, with classes held at a wide variety of times each day to fit my busy schedule.
