The full schedule from morning to night makes it very convenient to do yoga. I like the variety that the different teachers bring to their classes. I like being able to stay in extended savasana. I like the locker rooms where I can change and shower. I always feel so good afterwards when I step outside.
I like the variety of classes offered as well as the various options to take the classes live in the studio, live streaming or on demand. It really helps accommodate a variety of lifestyles.

Great classes! Some get really full though (like not enjoyably full) so i wish there was a feature when signing up for class that you could see how full the class already is. I would choose some other classes if I knew they were less crowded.
It is a wonderful studio and the class was fantastic. The instructor was amazing and I truly appreciated her thoughtful class. I feel at my regular studio the instructor repeats the same class over and over. It was nice to have a different class with an instructor that combines a great workout with spirituality. I wish I lived closer to go to class more often. Thank you!!!

Noelle, Leena, Adam, Avery, and Emma are especially fantastic teachers! They are motivating, challenging, and supportive.
The studios and locker rooms are clean and inviting. I really appreciate the variety of classes and the many options for class timing. Thank you for making this a great studio. Your classes have helped me feel so much better mentally and physically.
