I love heated yoga and the workout Core Power integrates in the flow.

I really love core power yoga. I've been a member on and off for many years. Unfortunately the only time I cannot be a member is when money is tight.

The instructors are great. I like the variety of the classes and that they are only an hour.

The studio seemed very organized and clean. If someone forgot a water bottle (which I did), there were water bottles on hand. I like that mats are provided for those who are sometimes forgetful (also me). The teacher I had was super bubbly and vivacious, which made me enjoy the experience even more.

staff, atmosphere, extensive variety of classes and long hours of operation so I can have a flexible schedule. Love the fact that I don't have to sign in to a class and be charged if I cancel 8 hours before (I guess ease of not having to book classes but just show up)

I was in California on vacation from MN and I was able to continue my yoga practice and workout so easily because Core Power was also there! Not only was it convenient but I knew what to expect from the workout and the facility. Such a great experience!

The studio is a fun and friendly place.

Every class is different and it's not a workout/practice you ever feel like you are "used to." I go to Corepower for strength training, increased flexibility, lean muscle development, and to detoxify. I am always satisfied with classes at Corepower. The teachers are dedicated, professional, and engaged with the students. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Teachers are very knowledgeable and has a lot to share in help guiding your practice. I really like the fact that its a good balance of fitness and peace for my physical health and my mental health:)
