They have a wide variety of classes offered throughout the day. Super friendly atmosphere and the teachers are all role models to aspire to be. They are super motivating and uplifting. Retail area is super cool as well. Plenty of things to choose from for men and women. Core power has changed my life in so many ways. I am so glad I took the leap to join teacher training as well. I will be continuing my practice daily. It has become apart of me now!

The staff are extremely welcome and kind. The effort to bring ease to customers/students is clear from tampons to a clutch hairband. The classes are wonderful and invite peace.
