I loved the class
Staci D's class is amazing! Wish I were here longer to take more of her classes. Her class is tough and worth it, which is why I originally signed up for CPY. I wish more teachers taught like her.
Friendliness and empowerment
The teacher, Lilian was amazing! She was uplifting and encouraging and explained all the moves beautifully! I liked the challenge of yoga sculpt! The studio was really nice and I felt everything was clean and tidy. Also the other students were not judgemental if I needed to take a water break here and there!! A welcoming environment to sweat and sculpt and destress!!

Esmé’s yoga sculpt class was the most wonderful yoga experience I have ever had. She is so bright, welcoming, and inspiring, and she made me feel extremely supported before, during, and after class. I loved her sequence and her flow, and I would honestly pay for a CPY membership just to take her classes.
Also, when I can make it to Aisha’s Saturday C2, it is consistently the best part of my weekend.

Hot yoga was AMAZING. My first time. I was a little bit hesitant at first but the sweating really was a game-changer for me in my practice. I honestly wouldn't wanna do yoga any other way now.

I am very happy that Hollywood is offering a Wednesday 6:30am class, again. Lauren is excellent and I hope that she continues with this class day/schedule.
The inconsistency of 6:30am classes is my biggest complaint.
I moved out of state and have not had a class/CorePower experience in years. This experience was what my soul needed! Tayne was exceptional, and I look forward to taking another class when I return to visit Los Angeles.
