CorePower is an intense workout without compromising the stillness or meditative qualities of a spiritual yoga practice. All of the teachers are high caliber and there to teach, unlike a lot of studios I've visited around LA.

I forgot my mat and had to go back for it, I knocked on the door- it was only
4 minutes after the class and no one came to open the door even tho when someone who was leaving let me in, I noticed 3 staff members at the desk, they had ignored my knocking. I understand locking the doors 15 or 30 minutes after the class but 4 mins is not appropriate, as there are bound to be people who forget things.
Other than that it was a good expereice, I have been going to Sherman Oaks CPY and Studio City for 1.6 years, and prior to that 9 years at Bikram.

I love the teachers the most. They truly love what they do and are dedicated to offering the best practice to their students. I love the diverse classes offered. The studio are very clean and spacious. Options all over town! Just wish there was one in West Hollywood. :)
Kind, fun, supportive teachers. Really really really should get rid of the carpets. They're a receptacle for sweat and dirt, and produce a musty odor even when cleaned.
