Some teachers crank heat and then open the door so temperature fluctuates. Temp is always consistent at the the studio, And I love that.

I love Hollywood Core Power! However, the last time I was in class I counted 8 bugs around my mat. Half were dead and have were alive. Eek!

It would be amazing if you guys offered a sound bath event in the studio. Some other yoga studios offer them and you have great space for it and they're really healing and complimentary to yoga!

I like the combo of yoga and strength (I'm really into Pilates so it's a good workout but yoga-y enough to be a nice blend). All of the staff that I have interacted with have also been super nice as well.
