I went to s hot yoga class lit by candles. It was very peaceful. It definitely pushed me to my limits but the actual yoga being done was very manageable. The only down side was how quickly the instructor was talking. I know she has to fit in a lot into a little amount of time but I noticed everybody was looking around to make sure they were doing the right thing. I missed a lot of what she said bc she was speaking so fast. Other than that she gave us an amazing workout! I felt so good afterwards! Will definitely be going back!

Hot yoga, love it. Maybe it’s just the location/studios I’ve been to, hollywood, Wilshire. But I’ve always had a great experience. Teachers may be diff but I’ve always enjoyed the class. Not too granola, great stretch, great workout, good music choices. C2 and sculpt are perfect for me.

Everthing! Great work out, great energy from the instructors, the place is clean. The only thing I can say I Havent liked to far are the blocks we use for working out, they smell reaaaally bad. Those should be cleaned more often.
