Loved the heat !!!

tHE STUDIO, THE TEACHER, THE FREQUENT CLASSES

I attended class on Saturday at 8:30am with Monica. I am also an instructor and former manager of CPY and wanted to send you guys some feedback. Monica was nice and inviting at the front desk. In the classroom, Monica takes the seat of a student more so than a teacher in the sense that she took the entire class. From top to bottom. Not one assist or adjust was given. She was on her mat the entire class practicing with the rest of us. Also, the humidity was out of control at over 60%. I feel that she needs to be coached on this as we are in the classroom to take on the seat of the instructor and lead a safe class.

Melvin's noon class is the best.

I went to s hot yoga class lit by candles. It was very peaceful. It definitely pushed me to my limits but the actual yoga being done was very manageable. The only down side was how quickly the instructor was talking. I know she has to fit in a lot into a little amount of time but I noticed everybody was looking around to make sure they were doing the right thing. I missed a lot of what she said bc she was speaking so fast. Other than that she gave us an amazing workout! I felt so good afterwards! Will definitely be going back!

Hot yoga, love it. Maybe it’s just the location/studios I’ve been to, hollywood, Wilshire. But I’ve always had a great experience. Teachers may be diff but I’ve always enjoyed the class. Not too granola, great stretch, great workout, good music choices. C2 and sculpt are perfect for me.

Very likely. Best yoga studio in Los Angeles. Managers and teachers always make you feel at home and welcome! Studio is super clean and friendly.
