I went to three classes with three different instructors and three different class titles. I loved every one of them. The classes and the instructors. Each instructor had a different style and it was clear that they were all well qualified and had their own teaching style/voice.

I really love the variety of classes offered, yoga sculpt being my favorite thing right now!
the sculpt class was good - I was tired so I didn't mind it not being too challenging although normally I prefer hotter and more intense. However, love the studio and energy!
