Everyone has been welcoming. The instructors do great adjustments in class. I'm always able to just let go of the stress from the day and focus my attention on mindfulness and being grateful
I liked the class and the poses we did! Other locations I’ve done HPF hand out a cold scented towel at the end, which would have been nice here too. Other than that I liked it!
Aileen is a top notch instructor and an even better person. She was very kind and thoughtful to me inside the class and afterwards.
