I love the community feel of Core Power and I love how anytime I'm having a bad day yoga makes me breathe and the teachers always apply it to life off the mat. I recently had a health scare and going to yoga every day is what kept my mind at ease.

The classes were challenging but adaptable to any skill level. The instructors had a very positive vibe.

MULTIPLE CLASS AVAILABLILITY

I enjoy the clean floors and how the instructors use hands on corrections and massage at times. All the instructors are very positive people and radiate a certain energy that I am drawn to. Again,most hot yoga studios smell and I can't handle it. Core power keeps the smells down by cleaning the floors after every class.

The teachers are really nice, welcoming and knowledgeable! The classroom environment is challenging and helps me find strength and a quelling to inner turmoil- which everyone experiences in this hectic world! My practice at Corepower gives me strength and serenity in other aspects of my life. I'm way less stressed out (uhhhh, zen much?) and my personal/professional relationships benefit from the calm and self-awareness that yoga gives you. Not to mention the pain relief it gives me from my back problems and Brittle Bone Disease. Thank you!

At corepower you offer students a variety of classes that are always fresh and challenging. I am never bored here and always leave feeling amazing.

Your flows are the best! I've how every teacher focuses on the breathe. I really love when the teachers set an intention for me and share special yogi knowledge to help me deepen my practice. Also, cutest clothes ever.

I love CorePower Yoga in PB. It's super convenient, and they offer great classes all day! The hour I spend there really helps me refocus from my busy day!
