It's a bummer that the hpf classes have been cancelled in the morning for those of us that like early. Also it would be great if instructors would start and stop on time. It's the same people every time that go 10 or 15 minutes over. You know who they are

After my first C1 (beginners class) I was hooked. I love the unlimited package that i purchased because I can go to as many classes as I'd like.

This is my favorite CPY studio because of the staff and fellow yogis that go to practice there. I'm always greeted with gigantic smiles and I feel at home when I'm there. I also love the availability and variety of classes. There's so many different options throughout the day, and weather you're looking for a calmer meditative experience, or an intense cardio workout, it can all be found at this studio.

Very clean and professional. Very serious practice and I mean that in a good way as in I feel productive. I've been to yoga classes before where it's an unchallenging, waste of time, here I feel like you offer room for individual growth in a non threatening environment.

The instructors all bring different things to the table. I have been there 3 times since I moved here last week and have already learned a lot. There are great opportunities at the studio and I love the energy. It's hard to find such a dynamic place.
