its great other than the room gets too full - and the weights don't seem to get cleaned so can be a bit dirty and gross with everyone so close together.

So far my experience at CPY in PB has been wonderful. Everyone - from staff to fellow yogis - is kind, energetic, and welcoming. I suppose if there's one thing I wish for, it's a class or two where beginners can learn and focus on specific poses and techniques. If I didn't have any yoga experience at all, it might be a little overwhelming. Otherwise, I couldn't be happier, and look forward to practicing almost every day.

I loved Melanie's sculpt class this morning! By far my favorite instructor that I have taken at core power. I loved the intensity, it was challenging but she didn't seem like a drill sergeant.

I took the free C1 class as part of your extensions program. There were about 10 teachers teaching the C1.
I felt the teachers all had a certain level of confidence about their teaching, yet came across a little mechanical. I'm sure in time they will relax and find their own voices.
It seemed there was a group of teachers/students that were also taking the class. They were talking, whispering, and laughing before class which is counter to the yoga etiquette in the yoga room before class.
Overall, a nice experience.
