Nice people. Challenging classes

It's an extremely relaxing environment and everyone is very nice. I feel very welcome when I come no matter what my day has been like. I go to other Corepower studios as well and this studio is the one that makes me feel the best when I walk in the door.

Very friendly and warm atmosphere
Would you consider having a hot class at 6:30 am or 7 am instead of 7:30? It is hard to get to work on time.

I come to yoga to relax, take time for myself, and destress. Core Power is a great environment for just that.

I like the variety of times for the classes as well as the variety within the instructors!! I like the atmosphere of the club itself as well! I like the energy that is passed along from the instructors...they all completely enjoy teaching there, it is clear to see and feel. That's what makes the biggest difference.

Overall the instructors are wonderful. I appreciate the range of options offered everyday. My schedule is so variable so it's nice to have so many options throughout the day.

The facility is great. There aren't too many yoga studios with heated rooms and showers. Likewise, your hot yoga teachers are for the most part right on.

Consistently high-quality yoga classes. I love the balance of "standardization" (never surprised by a routine) and creativity that the instructors strike. Classes are always fresh and interesting.

I love the variety of the daily and weekly schedules. I can always find a class that fits my schedule.
I appreciate the awesome, talented instructors and the welcoming studio atmosphere - very friendly, very supportive. This is a place where I feel comfortable, supported and challenged to grow and develop my yoga practice. It may be the encouragement to stay in savasana for 2+ minutes after class or the great support to refine a posture that I'm working on. The instructors and studio managers are top notch! I love the variety of classes and times! I can choose an intense sculpt class or a basic C1 to just relax and breathe for an hour. Thankful for CPY's policy to put membership on hold during the end of my pregnancy this year. Instructors are friendly and approachable and positive! To me, my Black Tag membership is worth every dime!

The instructors are always great - friendly, professional and do a worthwhile class. Very welcoming for all levels of ability. Good selection of classes and class times. Easy to park! Would like a few more time for sculpt in evenings or on the weekend mornings. :-)

The Highland Park studio is always welcoming, clean, and calming. I alternate between Grand Ave and Highland Park but always feel a little more at home at the Highland studio.

In my time at the highland corepower, i have found the staff to be highly knowledgeable, wonderful instructors and very personable individuals. They constantly have terrific customer service and wonderfully balanced classes to fit every type and background. I am now catching myself coming 2 times a day because i have found that developing my practice here has strengthened me both physically as well as mentally and i woll continue to for as long as possible.

Good class, nice environment. The layout is a bit strange and you need more water fountains, but i liked the studio
