Warm welcome from staff when arriving to class. It feels like a family. And the example of how to care for yourself and be committed to your practice the way our teachers are is very inspiring and makes all the difference in showing up especially when it may not be easy to hey to the mat for class. Always so calming once there on the mat and the teachers really challenge us to do our best practice but in a calming manner.
Jamie was great. Cues were solid, music was great and the room was just the right temp for HPF.
The instructor was kind, patient (I as running a tad late) and gave amazing in-class prompt and instructions.
