Great class!
I have been to the majority of the CorePower studios in the M/SP metro, and hands down Highland Park takes the cake. The quality, attitude, and personalities of instructors (and members!) found at Highland make the experience much better than found at any other studio, bar none. I recommend to CorePower (Highland especially) to many friends and associates, and am glad I live so close to this studio.
My only request - more Ryder classes! I know it is spring, but I wish I could find a couple more Ryder classes that would fit in my schedule.

Authenticity within THIS studio. I have many friends that instruct here from being students together in TT or as an instructor that led a training....the energy here is unique - more so than at other CPY studios.

I love that you have 2 studios AND a room with bikes (even though I have yet to take a Ryder class). The instructors are fantastic, both in instruction and in demeanor. I always feel encouraged at the HP studio. And not all studios actually clean their floors after each class. HP does. Thank you! Plenty of parking options, clean studio, ample space in the locker room, and friendly people. I love it all.
The Real Ryder classes and instructors are the best in St. Paul. I.had been searching for a mid morning class - and finally came across these classes - I now can't get enough! I'm getting stronger and in better shape.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had done hot yoga in the past but never at CorePower. Loved the classes and the way the staff treats their students.
The instructors are amazing!! I really enjoy Kathy B.'s 75 min sculpt class! Should have 2 of those a week instead of 1! The energy at corepower is also fun! Makes going to yoga enjoyable!
Quality, consistancy, and true hot yoga
I love corepower! Always have and always will. I prefer teachers that dont do long introduction or breaks. Keep the class moving!

I love the workout and the positive atmosphere in the studio. I would rate in a 10, but classes can get very crowded sometimes.
I love the Monday(9pm,C2), Thursday(730am,HOT), and Sunday(730pm,CL)classes and the teachers that lead them are AWESOME!
The instructors are always so encouraging and non-judgemental. Love the work out I get from yoga-sculpt!
