Natalie made my yoga experience amazing! She is knowledgeable and helped me with proper form by using tactile and verbal cueing. Her playlist kept me pumped and motivated during the flow. Even though ward is quite a distance for me, I’d go back to take Natalie’s class!

I go for the teachers who make my yoga practice memorable - Liann, Cambrie, Scarlett, Isabella, Christy, Rachel, Maka, Bailey, Skylar, Theresa, Melissa Mae, Jessica, Armay, Karen, Grace. As you can tell I have many favorites and hope I didn’t miss any.
Rafi’s class was excellent and she’s so personable and easy to talk with at the front desk. The couple things I’ll add is that the towels were incredibly small and fibrous. The towel I was provided BARELY fit around my waist and left white fibers all over my body and face. Before I left I had to wipe myself down with my clean clothes to get the white fibers from the towel off me. These should not be provided to students at a charge. All over the country the standard towels that CPY uses are not that small or fibrous.

I love the classes and instructors; they are incredible and always delegate the class perfectly. They are very informative and always willing to answer questions and help people make the proper adjustments.

The front desk staff were very friendly. We had a couple new people with us and they felt welcome ! The instructor was excellent. She had a great flow of class. She was supportive of my husband who was struggling to keep up. She gave words of encouragement and also provided a block to help with stretching. Felt the aloha
Hot yoga is an essential part of my fitness routine. The Core II classes I attend provide the right mix of flexibility and strength work, along with the opportunity for calming introspection. Add to this the outstanding instructors and the comfortable setting; these keep me eager to return.

I love the teachers, the friendly yogis that come to CPY- Ward, the studio is clean and conveniently located from my place, the full day schedule of classes, there’s classes almost all day. It’s a very friendly and safe place to practice and socialize.

I joined the hot power fusion and Ashley is amazing and vibrant. I love all throughout you can hear and she is guiding you and making sure everyone is good during the workout. Very good experience! Recommended!

My 45 minute Sculpt at Kahala was great! Great experience upon entering the front door, to waiting for the class to begin, and the class itself. Instructor was very intuitive and energetic with directions. I would highly recommend to a friend. I am aware that prices are hefty, so within reason for whomever I recommend.

Jogy was an excellent yoga teacher.
One of the few instructors I’ve come across in 15 years of Hatha yoga practice, who completely understands yoga is a guided individual internal experience. Most yoga teachers are caught up in how a pose is suppose to look externally. Not Jogy. Most yoga teachers spout tired phrases about “staying in the present” or “self love” without a clue how to achieve them. Not Jogy.
Our annual three week stay in Hawaii this year was significantly enhanced by yoga with Jogy.

The teacher of Core Sculpt was great. Very challenging and music was upbeat and fun.
theresas sculpt class is very good. she is so motivating and tough. I love my Fridays with her!
