The instructor Laura. She’s always so friendly & welcoming. She provides modifications for poses and you can hear her clearly over the music playing.
I’m 70 years old in classes where most of the participants are in their 20s through 40s… ; a few beyond… just guessing.
Despite the age and fitness ranges, I feel comfortable. The instructors share modification options and make themselves available after class to provide 1:1 support.
I also love the schedules provided to accommodate ppl’s different work and lifestyles.
Great way to stay in shape while on vacation! Took multiple classes while in Hawaii for a week and loved the variety of classes and instructors! I hope to find a studio near me in the future!

I love the Kahala Studio but I wish there were yoga sculpt classes at 3:30 or 3:45.

I just love the energy of everyone there. Love the different teachers and their consistent style of teaching and flows. The facility is very clean and everyone is so accommodating and very open to sharing their experiences and about how yoga changed their life for the better. I always feel great when I leave, ready to take on challenges with renewed perspective and positive energy.
Consistent environment and classes
The instructors and classes are great. However the carpet smells moldy and the mirrors in the studio are often dirty.

Great classes - much better schedule in recent months. Floor taping in awesome... would like it if the teachers enforced it, because it helps a lot!
Sculpt / strength classes have too loud of music... it hurts my ears and carries over into the yoga room. My Apple Watch always sends me health warnings that the music is too loud when I do those classes as well. :-/
The instructors are great! The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful, providing excellent guidance and providing a wonderful experience for the students. Laura, Maureen, Rafi, Ashley, Sydney, Ari, Mckenzie, Gino, Bobbi, Oksana, Kalama, Stephanie, Carrie, and Kayla are all great instructors and are always very earnest in answering questions as well as providing great feedback to help improve the students practice and bringing vibrant energy to the classes. I recommend CorePower to both experienced yogis and beginners.
I like the schedule, the instructors, the classes, the facilities.
One thing that could be improved is reminding/ informing yogis that savasana is a sacred time, so if they need to leave, it should be before savasana starts.
Also, during sculpt, I often fear for my life because yogis put away their weights, walking over my head, while I am stretching and unaware of their movements. This is all the while the floor is slippery from all the sweats. This is a safety issue that needs to be addressed.
This was my first class and I loved it! The instructor was great; she had a very welcoming and positive attitude! The flow was great and well-paced for me. I appreciated the tips for correct posture during poses, and the different modifications. I do wish they spaced out a little bit more as the class was pretty full and in certain positions you might hit or bump the people next you. Overall, amazing first experience!

The free class I took didn't feel like yoga. The instructor had us going into a position and moving out of it after around 10-15 seconds. I don't think you can get a good stretch with a routine like what I did during the free class. It was just too fast paced and frantic. I could definitely keep up with it, but it's not what I expect from yoga, and felt the positions were held too short to gain any muscle stretch benefits and if the intent was to build strength, there are better ways.
