Staff is super
It’s a great workout and you have classes late in the evening . Everyone is very friendly and that made it easy to start something that was difficult and new to me. But the number one reason I go is for Alexis who is the most amazing person and instructor! I only wish the class wasn’t so hot it’s a little hard for me in that kind of heat and not hard in a good way but almost to the point I may have to stop taking it.

I enjoy Core Power classes, sometimes it is a too smelly in the classrooms. There should be a focus on cleaning the yoga room more frequently.

I LOVED the Scuplt Class! Friendly staff, great instructor & facilities! I was in & out...workout in an hour then beautiful bathroom to shower in for work! Best part of my busy working mom life!
Variety of styles

I like the sculpt class. Maybe you can add more of cardio & body toning classes so there’s a bit more variety.
Not enjoying crowded classes. Since you have added early morning classes for sculpt it has helped. But the classes with popular instructors are still super crowded. My suggestion would be to hire these popular instructors to do more classes.
When the room is very crowded it’s very difficult to work out.
