Convenience, variety
CPY Kailua exemplifies the love and aloha spirit of Hawaii. I always prefer to practice at Kailua more than the other studios located on the island of Oahu.

As with the other studios, the amenities, such as shower, shampoo, etc, hair dryer are all appreciated. Specifically with Kailua, the first early morning class is less crowded (with less people wanting to shower). Despite the distance I travel (from the stadium area), it is smoother, calmer, and easier to catch my morning class at Kailua versus at Ward. I will try other classes also, since the ride over the H3 is peaceful and the Kailua studio is a gem to have in the community.

Great instructors. Core Restore on Sunday evening is my absolute favorite. Great way to relax after active Kailua weekends. But all other classes are very helpful for me too.

The hours works well for my schedule. Although, I do hope they mix the 5pm class with HPF with YS or another class once or twice a week.

I like the classes and teachers are great. I think the classes are better when they are smaller and the teachers give more adjustments or om at the beginning/end of class so it doesn’t just feel like an aerobics class. I do think it’s a good workout and I have grown stronger going for the last few months.

I like that I can go to any CorePower in the country and I can feel at home. I live in San Diego and was looking for a flavor from home and I got that at this location as well. I loved michaels flow and his class. He had a warm and welcoming energy. I would definitely be back!

The instructor (Gio) was very helpful and easy to follow.
I love the faculty there! They are always encouraging in every session and very inviting towards new people so that they feel very comfortable. Not only is it fun, but the staff engages every single one of us in a positive way. They are constantly reminding us about directing our energy towards good things and balancing our worries with our blessings. It's a really good environment to be around, especially after a long day at work or you just need to get away from your life tensions/stress.
Services are great! The instructors and management team Is outstanding. They make each visit an experience.
Wonderful instructors; just some of the classes are too full for comfort. Might you please consider offering the 1st class if the day closer to 5am or 515am?
