Customer Service and caring staff
I do like going to this location very much. I do have a few comments:
1. It seems like there is a lot of turnover in management and that makes me wonder what is happening behind the scenes. That is a little distracting as a client.
2. I would prefer to have C2 classes a bit hotter.
3. I think black tag members should get free mats/towels 3 times per month.
4. I like that you carry clothing. It is a wonderful convenience.
That is all for now. Thank you for being a wonderful neighborhood yoga studio.

I love CorePower classes! I especially like the HPF class with Christina!
Visiting and having gotten busy with all those other things, I’ve had time for only 1 session.
A very good workout. Haven’t done a flow for awhile. Enjoyed it.
I have a hearing difficulty, background music seemed loud, had trouble hearing directions.
Great classes
The teacher was excellent and very accommodating. Great environment and the staff was very helpful.
Mish was a great instructor- upbeat and friendly. The class was challenging. I liked that I was able to try the class for free with a Buddy Pass.
People are very nice
I'm a yoga instructor myself so I'm very critical of other instructors and I will recommend people to CorePower Kailua and Kahala. I personally like Travis and Sara from Kailua and enjoy Cecelia from Kahala. Don't take good yoga instructors for granted.
I love hot yoga fusion!
I love the yogis! The teachers are very professional, enthusiastic, inspiring, and knowledgeable. The studio is kept in very good shape (I've been to more than a dozen other CP studios, and the Hawaii studios are the cleanest!) I would request upholding the no cell phone policy in the studio, as there is something about it in creating the right energy...or else take down the signs that say no cell phones then I will change my expectations! I would also request on really crowded days, have the teacher come in and help move people...help people be helpful! Mahalo!
I like when there are classes are available in the evening and am disappointed that classes are continuing to be cancelled due to teacher training.
Great instructors....clean studios and changing room (men)
Thank you,

I spoke to him and the staff they are wonderful I am from Los Angeles and I would come take a class from him every time
I Love CP Ward and almost all of the teachers are lovely. Good people, good hearts, and actively teaching from tehir hearts. There is one teacher, Raquel, that I had to change my schedule to avoid. I have never done that before, as I am a mom, a wife, and career person, and have very limited time. Her class is that bad, that I had to make the change. In itself, the series is fine, vanilla, but fine. It is more about how Raquel comes across to students. She makes very inappropriate comments like "I'm in the best shape of my life and if your not, you are not connected to your body and have something going on". I'm paraphrasing but something like that. I agree with what she is saying overall, and as a fit person myself, I understand the mind/body connection. It is just not appreopriate, or compassionate, for a teacher to voice that in class. She has no idea what people are going through or what ailment they might have. Also, she constantly talks about herself: her dance classes, her massage career, etc. Again, its not bad in itself, its just that she seems to lack compassion and being connected to the group. I owned a a very successful yoga studio in Los Angeles and have taiught for 2 decades (yikes) and when I had my studio, I looked for teachers who were kind, honest, responsible and connected. For me, and for my values, I didnt just want super star teachers, but kind people who wanted to help others. Anyhow, I by no means want to bash Raquel and I hope you can help her find her way to more compassion, understanding of others, and maybe herself. I hope my comments help.
I love yoga Sculpt, hate the price though

Great instructors, lots of times and class choices and clean roomy studio.
