Everyone is SO genuinely nice and helpful. Truly in the yogi spirit which is not true of all competitor studios. All classes have been really wonderful. I also appreciate the separate locker rooms and clean showers. Again not all studios can say that. I love that the studios are separate and quiet. I love the variety of classes. I can get strengthening, stretch and cardio all here. I loved it so much I convinced colleagues to join me and a couple of us bought memberships! We like Westwood the best among the local CPY studios. Kudos and thank you CPY Westwood!
Lia is one of the best instructors because she always sets an intention for the class and follows through.

I enjoy yoga sculpts , C2 , but I think sometimes if the class is overcrowded. It is not a good practice. I wonder how many people are allowed to be in each class?
