My experience varies per studio, per instructor. But that's what I like about all-studios membership: I can choose what classes I want to take and where. I've been a member for over 5 years and done CorePower in Torrance, Redondo, Hermosa, Manhattan Beach, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Irvine, Goleta, and also in Chicago and New York, and other locations. I love true hot yoga classes with the appropriate yoga esthetics and atmosphere, but do like to mix it up a bit with Sculpt and CSX sometimes. Hot yoga rocks! The sessions improve my overall well-being like nothing else!
I wish the schedule weren't so synchronized between the studios in my area. Why do all the studios have the same style classes at approximately the same time? So, if Torrance offers a Sculpt class at 11 a.m. on a given day, I would prefer that Hermosa have C2 or HPF at that time. Then yoga students have more choices. Just a suggestion.
Also, I would like to thank CorePower for letting us know when the class is "low heat" or "no heat" right on the schedule. I understand that equipment breaks down sometimes, and the goal temperatures cannot be reached. Being informed is very important for me.
The instructors are awesome and doing a wonderful job of making everybody feel welcome and engaged.
The instructor, Jaclin, is the best: from her music, to her command of the room and her non stop class is the best.

I love this studio and the community it has created. There is something special here. I’ve also seen improvement in cleanliness which was always my biggest issue. We have several SET folks now it seems and they’ve been making a difference. I’m convinced this studio retains the best instructors as well. I’ve done every class offered and each time I have a harder time choosing which instructor or class to take.
Allison’s flows are so creative. I really enjoyed her C2 sequence.
The Infared heat; the instructors have nice voices/good instructing patterns, which is inspiring; the staff seems pretty relaxed and welcoming; clean studio; lots of options to get a class in every day on my schedule; nice locations; good parking at Hermosa. I also like the unique styles of different instructors and that they add their own approach, yet I also like the more corporate feeling of the company because teachers aren’t pushing new age religious concepts on the class or advertising for events like “tarrot reading”, astrology, Hindu gods etc. I understand traditional yoga practice has its roots in Hinduism; however, I prefer to eat the meat and throw out the bones and not have to even chew on any bones like that, yet still receive the physical and mental benefits of movement flows connected to breath work, focus, balance challenges, etc.. I also appreciate the ability to shower off the sweat in a women’s room afterwards and that there are basic amenities if needed.

JACLIN - from the warm greeting as you enter the studio, to the amazing work, her music, to the cool down. She is the best! She truly has a gift.
I absolutely love love love the Tuesday sessions outside. The team is always lovely, and it feels like a great mid week pick me up.

I love CorePower MB! Just a note: the speaker system has been having issues. The teachers are doing their best to push through it, but it a bit disruptive. Hope it gets fixed soon!
