Fun classes that are consistent but different enough to keep you interested. I build strength and aerobic capacity and flexibility all in one class. The locker rooms make it easy to change and shower if you choose. Also, they are pleasant places to be. I love the music during yoga, especially Sculpt.

I really loved all of the teachers who participated in the teacher training class. It was nice to get instruction from a variety of different styles in one hour. The teachers were also very obviously taught well.
I absolutely loved everything about corepower yoga! I loved the set up! It was nice to browse the store a little bit before our class (since I got there early). It was my first time going to corepower yoga, but I felt as though I was tended to very promptly and the staff immediately made me feel comfortable and excited for the class. Although I was not sure what to expect, the instructor, Fallon, was very easy going and walked us through everything. Her voice and tone was very soothing and her demeanor was very friendly. I felt like I was extremely challenged during the whole class, in a great way! I would recommend corepower yoga to anyone in the area looking for an excellent work out in a friendly environment.

I like that the studio is clean and attractive. The classes are fun and move at a good pace. The studio is in a conveniant location. The pricing is comparable to other yoga studios in the area. It's not very crowded. I always have lots of room to spread out. also you guys gave me a free week! That was so nice. I'll probably go back
