The C1 class was pitfched at the right level for beginners or those looking to come back to the basics of yoga. C2 classes definitely offered a challenge, both in intensity of the flow and poses and with the heat of the room.
Teachers are quite knowledgeable re the physical benefits of each pose, I like the hands on assists and adjustments throughout classes
Changing rooms are spacious, bright and clean, not crowded and the ambient music added to the calm atmosphere around the studio.
