I took a CP2 class with Erin (I believe that was her name). It was my first CorePower class and my first upper level yoga class. I absolutely loved it. The heat in the room was perfect and the flow of the class was great. Overall love CorePower and I can't wait to take more classes!
The studio is so spacious, always clean and everyone is friendly. I love the classes - wish there were a few more offerings between 5-6pm, but always get a good workout when I go!

I love that I can park easily and be assured of a kickass class. I also like the beautiful gear I occasionally indulge in! Music is also so nice and energizing.

Love the selections of music Christina played on Sunday 5:30-6:30pm. She was very motivating.
Definitely coming back but not sure which day of the week.
Moving away from Cambridge for temporary basis makes it little harder to travel as they don’t have core power in Deerfield.
Looking forward to moving back to Cambridge again 😊

I like the yoga sculpt classes best. I feel like I’m in the best shape I’ve been in years. I also like the variety of classes, especially HPF.
Key for me is the showers so that I can go directly to work. Otherwise it’s hard to fit yoga into my schedule. Although I haven’t purchased many items in the shop area, it’s nice to know I don’t have to go searching around if I need something.
I love the classes. They are consistently a good workout, the teachers are great, the rooms are hot. It's really a great product. And the showers are amazing.

I can come or not come when I want; the classes are challenging but not too intense - further, I can make them harder or easier as I see fit and the instructors are supportive. It’s flexible. I like the physical space. It’s near my home and place of work. Lots of classes to choose from.
