The instructors are excellent, especially Margaret, Jenni D, Maureen, and Widya! I also really like having access to showers in the locker room. And the location is super convenient for me — easy parking, halfway between home and work.

Margaret’s classes are fantastic. Clean locker room, studios, and reception/seating area. Easy parking. Ground floor studio is big and comfortable. The other two studios feel claustrophobic.
Katie led me through a fantastic experience! I have not practiced yoga for several years and honestly forgot some of the basics. Her cues were on point - I was able to practice without overthinking. Her energy was also AMAZING! It was the ultimate mix of energy, focus and relaxation!
