The studio is clean and new. The classes have different levels, and different time slots.
The facility was amazing; beautiful, very clean, and everyone was super friendly. The class was just hot enough to make me sweat, but not too hot that it was unbearable. Best of all was the instructor, Morgan, was high energy and motivated me to keep going and try harder. Morgan was exceptionally good at explaining and correcting each pose. I would take all of Morgan's classes if I could!

I like the variety of classes offered. I also appreciate that the instructor of the class I attend has new routines each week. Also, the staff really makes you feel welcome.
I like that there are classes for everybody! My favorite class is core power sculpt. It is good for me and not "only" yoga ...

Everyone is so friendly. It really feels like a community. All of the instructors take the time to get to know you and remver you from week to week. It makes me feel like I'm really a part of something.

Conveniently located, early class options (6am), and friendly staff. Also, I appreciate how clean the studio/floor is every morning.
I love everything about this studio! It's beautiful and clean. The dressing room and showers are well equipped. The studio spacious and well lit. Instructor Sarah Jo was definitely the highlight for me. She lead us in an inspiring and fun C2 flow to an upbeat playlist. I will be back!
