Love the Yoga Sculpt classes but I wish you would add more low heat classes. It seems dangerous to have a class where cardio and weights are involved in a hundred degree room. I feel I would get a better workout in the low heat classes. Other than that, best CP in Boston.

Everyone at the Studio is awesome. Lulu immediately made you feel welcome , Widya is a machine and just an awesome person. Medford is home studio but enjoy it here

The studio was very clean. I felt as a beginner the practice was easy to follow with the right amount of challenge. My instructor, Jasmine, gave great vocal cues. I loved my class!

everyone of the staff members that I have met this far are so nice and so welcoming. I took my first class and they cheered me on and made me feel comfortable. I had a blast and will definitely be back.

Sometimes hard to hear instructors over music. Would love to see the Seaport introduce the Strength class!
