Teachers (Abby in particular) are amazing and really listen to your needs. I just came back from surgery and felt welcomed back! I recommend Core to someone in Seaport and he took his first class on Wednesday!!! :)

The classes are great! The workouts are whole body and fit the needs of new beginners to experienced members. The instructors are friendly, welcoming and professional. I would recommend CorePower to everyone I know and specifically the Medford, Mass location

The studio is beautiful. Coming from being an online member for 2.5 years it was an incredible experience doing sculpt in the heat with the music pumping. I loved it!
