So glad to have you in Charlestown! More 8 am or so classes during the week would be great!!
Extremely friendly staff/welcoming environment for all levels and multiple times for classes.
Love the YS and C2 classes, especially Gwen’s class in Seaport.
Everything! CorePower is my happy place
great instructor
absolutely amazing!!
- Studio is generally clean and staff is always nice
- sometimes floors seem a bit dirty but overall the studio is really nice and everything seems to work right
The instructors are great!
Great workout that gives me a good sweat with low impact. Convenient studio location and good energy in the classes.
The community and expertise of the instructors, specifically Larissa! Thank you for the transformative meditative experience.
always a great class especially when amy donahue teaches or Patty
Super convenient location for me and good variety of times plus great instructors
Lots of class options/times available, great instructors (especially Gwen who teaches C2)
The instructors!
CPY - Charlestown has such an amazing community. Kim did such an awesome C2 class Sunday morning it set me up for a week filled with intention. Thank you!
I loove yoga sculpt class. The only thing is that sometimes class is too full and there are not enough 5 lbs weights. Other days there aren’t enough wipes for cleaning the matts. Finally, it would be a good idea to give maintenance to the lockers, most doors are falling apart. Other than that extra happy with CorePower.
Great classes with multiple time options.
Best group of instructors ever!
I love the instructors! They are always so kind, friendly and helpful! The facilities are clean and it’s great to have a shower on site. Love the Kendall Square location!
Brittany’s classes!!!!
I like the different class opportunities and getting to do yoga and getting to do a good work out.
The classes here have a rhythm to them. The CorePower Yoga 2 classes start slower with longer holds, then pick up the pace, though still maintaining a Vinyasa foundation. Their Sculpt classes combine yoga and boot camp, hitting some neglected smaller muscles, which is helpful for me as I focus in strength training on bigger, more compound movements. Bring a towel for either class, as they are both heated and you will sweat. The teachers are upbeat and have a good energy to them. Overall vibe is younger, mostly 20 somethings, but I’m in my mid 40s and don’t feel out of place.
Instructor was great!
I had a great first experience at CorePower in Medford. Nice facility, great teacher and welcoming group. I will be back!
We have taken the HPF class many times are CPY and loved it. However, this time was NOT a good experience. The heat was never turned down the entire class. The humidity was brutal and honestly felt dangerous. As I mentioned, I have attended this class many times, but never experienced anything like this. I thought for sure I was going to have to step out. I felt dizzy and very woozy several times. My husband was with me and the first thing we said to one another after the class was that was dangerous.
Additionally, I struggled to find a later afternoon/early evening class on a Friday and had to drive really out of my way to this location. Made the above even more of a disappointment.
We will attend other classes at CPY, so it's not as if this permanently impacted the studio for us or anything. We view this as an isolated incident and definitely a misstep on the instructor's part.

I am completely obsessed with Core power and absolutely would recommend to friends and family
