I love the classes and the instructors are so uplifting!
I have taken yoga classes pretty consistently since 2016 At many different studios and with many different teachers. I recently took the Community Class at CorePower in Medford with Margaret and I learned SO much about alignment, best practices and purposes of poses. I left class energized and felt the benefits of that class for days after. I look forward to class with Margaret again!

Challenging classes that set Newton studio apart from other core studios and with the perfect heat intensity! I was highly impressed with Paula's sculpt classes that I came back for more. I learned more yoga poses in Anamika's YS 2 than I have in any other class. Never disappoints!!

I love how every class is a little diffferent depending on the teacher. I took a C2 class with Jackie Quinlan and it was amazing! She was a great instructor, knew her stuff and was incredible at guiding the class.

I attended the 7:30 Candlelight yoga with Caitlin. The instructor was very friendly and had a great style of teaching. The space was very clean and there was plenty of space to accommodate all the students.

The teachers are incredible! Lots of Sculpt time options and rooms get to temp and stay at temp throughout the entire class. Convenient location and off street parking is a bonus!
