I absolutely LOVE Widya's Saturday morning classes! She has the best energy and I love how her yoga moves in sculpt are not weight based at first but then she integrates them into the class later. I look forward to her class every week.
I enjoy the Freshpond studio due to the parking, Accessibility and the size of the studio.
I love the yoga sculpt classes! Courtney who teaches 12:30 on Sunday is the best. I love her energy, the music, the vibes. Really no complaints about the studio or classes. Sometimes the classes are a little too crowded but it’s tolerable and isn’t bad every time I go

I love the instructors, especially Millie, Mackenzie, and Widya. They are super friendly and make you feel very welcome. As an educator, I love that offer classes in the late afternoon (around the 3pm time)
