In Maureen’s C2 class at Fresh Pond I was pouring sweat and my skills and strength was challenged to the point where I needed breaks. It made me curious about a few things. Why is Maureen’s class more challenging than C2 at the Kendall Square studio? Why was the heat at Fresh Pond so much more intense than Kendall? I do love the Kendall studio and truly want to understand some of the different experiences I have at other studios.

The teachers Anamika, Jessica L, Amelia, Patricia , and Evelyn are all amazing., The variety schedules, and how kind and helpful the teachers are. I love practicing at the Newton corner yoga studio, and have never had a bad experience. Like my mentor once told me… you are only as good as the people that work for you.

I love Kenzie classes. I do not like that the studio is closed as soon as lesson starts. Even if you are 1 min late you cant get in.

I’ve never taken yoga before so I don’t know how other practices are but i absolutely love the feeling I get when I arrive to my session, the teachers are so friendly and there’s no judgement when you’re there. I get this feeling of relief and stress free and it makes me look forward to my next class. I love it!!
