I absolutely love the South Loop studio. Carmilla and Maria's classes are phenomenal and challenging. There's no better way to relieve stress and sculpt the body. I thank them for my thighs, arms, bottom, back and shoulders. I can't imagine life without my black tag membership. The studio staff is friendly and accommodating. The locker room is clean and well maintained. Great job South Loop!!
I love yoga and I feel like I really get a great workout. Plus classes all day long really help with my random work schedule and kids.

The studio is beautiful and the view of the city is very calming.
I like that the studio puts me in a calm relaxing mood when I walk in. I also love that the instructors are true yogis that integrate the mental, spiritual and physical aspects into the practice and not just physical trainers that teach yoga classes.
I like that the classes don't follow a specific routine and I'm always surprised and challenged.

If I had to nit pick. I would fix the chip on a locker. The drain was slow in the sink but overall great experience.

Very welcoming atmosphere. And the classes are instructed in a way that any person new to yoga or advance can participate and get the full benefits of the class.
Positive attitude and atmosphere
I liked the good vibes I felt when I came in for the first time. Classes are really hard but fun at the same time and I think this gym is very different from the rest of the gyms in Chicago.

The yoga instructors were beyond helpful in recommending classes and then leading the class. I left feeling rejuvenated and ultra relaxed. I was impressed with the convenience of the bathrooms that included anything and everything you'll need after a workout. Thanks for a great experience! :)

The South Loop is one of my favorite studios. Parking is great, and I like that it's a few floors up. There were two issues the last class I attended. First, people were talking fairly loudly in the lobby area which you could hear inside the studio, especially each time the door opened when a student was coming into class. Also, during class I could hear the music from the Sculpt class in the other studio. Not sure if their music was up a little too loud, or if I happened to be in a location where the sound really came through. It was definitely a distraction. Thanks!

The schedule is fantastic and allows me to fit yoga in on even my craziest days. Overall, the instructors are welcoming, and I am able to make it to the classes of those who offer personal interaction.
