I love every CPY class I've ever been to, if I wasn't a college student, I would for sure have a black tag membership, but right now the cash flow just isn't available! The hand balance work shop was phenomenal.

The instructors are well informed. The music choices are great. The facility is clean. There are different levels of classes offered all day.

My instructor was amazing! I've been to a few other locations but Nicoletta was the best teacher ive had yet! I just started core power a few months ago and have been to 4 locations multiple times. The view of the south loop definitely didn't hurt. It was the first class I went to that was completely dull. It was amazing to see compared to my other experiences. Having the great vibe and great view with a top class teacher was definitely the best experience I needed the night before my birthday. It was a total reset, and nicolettas music was the key to it all. She touched my soul. Thank you for this experience.

the south loop studio is by far the best set up...the views of the city from classrooms are glorious. S. Loop sculpt classes are WAY more challenging than other studios I've visited. Instructors....can't even say enough great things about them.

I love the manduka mats that this studio offers for rentals. Teachers are all very nice and welcoming. The skyline view is amazing! Met the Studio Manager, Kayla who was such a delight! Can't wait to practice at this location again!

The staff at South Loop is awesome. The interactions they have with us students show that they genuinely care about us as people.

I think it would be awesome if there was one 5:30am Yoga Sculpt class each week for those of us who have to be at work by 7:15am! Just one!
