Theres a nice mix of classes. There's higher level classes and they're challenging. Sometimes I'll take the restorative classes as well.

I tried core yoga,although it was my first yoga class and I went to a much harder class, I really enjoyed it. It was very challenging and It was an amazing workout. I was pushed to my limits.

This was my first time at the South Loop location. What a beautiful studio! Love that "back" view of the city. And I appreciate that your rental mats are Manduka. :)

The instructor (Krista? Kristi?) was very good, and the usual Core Power amenities were all in place.
