THANK YOU for finally getting blinds!! I'm so happy, and I know I'm not alone in this.

Also, really enjoy the free parking at the South Loop studio. What a fantastic convenience.

We also have awesome sculpt teachers. Shouts out to Conor, Sarah H, Lisett, Stephanie and Angelique. Angelique especially is so positive, I always leave her class feeling like I can take on the day.

I absolutely love the classes I have been taking at Core Power. The instructors are incredibly upbeat and assistant. I have never been so challenged while also feeling such a difference in my state of mental health.

What do you like about our products and services?

the teacher was great! great tips, subtle though deep changes. the teacher was also really nice and welcoming without being too over the top. the room was a nice temperature, but could have been warmer. also, there is a draft coming from the fire place. i put my mat in front of it because i do not like to practice with so much sunlight on my body. i think there should be a little sign, or for those new to the studio, a warning about the draft. BUT, the view was gorgeous! i loved the windows 3/4 of the way around, and their reflection in the mirror. that said, i do not like to see myself practicing; i prefer to feel the practice. the mirrors were hard to avoid. despite all of my comments, i still gave you all a 10.

I love Corepower, and I love that this location is so close to my apartment. Staff was friendly, studio was clean, and it's great that there's a parking lot on that level too. Thank you!

What do you like about our products and services?

Workouts are always top notch and I am slowly learning more about yoga and the benefits.

There are times however when my neighbors in class are not as respectful of the yoga spirit and how to enter and exit the space. If the administration would remind people of how to enter and to exit classes it would help me focus. As a newbie I need all the help I can get to get into right mindful focus that core power instills.

Never went to a yoga class before in my life, but a friend convinced me to try one recently at CorePower.

I thought it was great, as well as challenging. Terrific full body workout.

Also, the atmosphere and vibe is warm and inviting. Keep it up.
