Great vibe, energy and instructors.
First time trying CorePower - location is convenient (although parking is a hassle), staff is friendly and welcoming, and classes with Kimberly have been energetic and accommodating for all levels. Looking forward to continuing my journey!
I think corepower is fantastic. Yog all day! And true to the name, there is a core sequence in every class.

Heat is so great! The classes are always the perfect mix of challenging core, flow and fun peak pose. The music is great too - loved this teacher's energy as well :)

Teacher was friendly, prepared and did a great job. Class size was nice. I don't like it when the room is at or over capacity. Will definetely make it back to this studio and once of her classes
I loved seeing teachers put a spin on the different sequences in sculpt, but still follow the format we’ve learned in TT. Coming to class has such a different meaning to me now. I enjoyed learning from Kimberly and thought she was a very energetic and motivating instructor

Awesome people and such a cute location! Oxana's 75min CoreRestore is SO relaxing and they are super knowledgable about Yin yoga. Melissa is also a super instructor with amazing energy!
It’s a roomy studio. I really enjoy Kimie as an instructor. I found my new studio/instructor for my Friday class!
Nancy Va the 5:45 am teacher is the best yoga teacher I've ever had. She is consistently the best. Her positivity and her flows and her music and her themes... I can't say enough about how much I love her classes. I schedule my week around going to them!
Lisa, April Z, Yukiko, Marta, Sarah S and Kaley Ra are incredible. What super upbeat people. These ladies always make me feel welcome. It feels like home.

The staff is very kind and welcoming. It can be intimidating to enter a new space as a beginner but I did not feel uncomfortable at any point and I appreciated the help on my alignment during poses I was struggling with.
