The classes are challenging physically and will emotionally rebuilding. I do not try the products very often, a bit too pricey for me.

I tried a level 1 and one level 2 class and enjoyed both the instructors and experiences. I'd be a likely candidate to attend another level 2 class. My only confusion was there seemed to be a great difference in difficulty from one level 2 class to the next. I tried the live music hot yoga (level 2) at another Corepower studio and it was one of the most difficult workouts... ever. Then I tried hot power fusion and thought it was a perfect fit for my skill level. Maybe it was simply the difference in studios but it made it difficult to know what I was "in for" simply by reading the descriptions online and attending a level two class. Regardless I enjoyed great workouts each time!
