I really enjoyed the intimacy of the beginner classes. The instructor really knew how to provide individual attention even in a group class setting. Everyone is so nice and friendly.

Friendly and engaging teaches and clean studio

I loved the instructor Amber Or. She was very empowering during the class. She was very welcoming and friendly as you came in the door to check-in. The studio is very clean and well kept. There was a great selection of clothes and yoga gear. I had a great experience!

I love that classes aren't overly full but aren't ever empty either. I love the 6 AM and just how I feel for the rest of the day after! It's my own little zen and alone time, where I get to focus on me and reflect on my wellbeing for an hour. I also like that I can shower and blow dry my hair after practice before I head to work.

I think corepower is great,
The only complaint I have is bad music, cant stand it when they play rock and roll during yoga. I am currently looking for a different place to do yoga . It bothers me that much.

it would also be great if there were times on schedule to just come in an explore postures.

I love every instructor I have had, and the studios are always kept so clean. CorePower has become a crucial part of my daily life.

The two instructors that I have experienced so far had a very nice mix of narrative, asana, Sanskrit, and genral flow through the class facilities are (for the most part) just gorgeous

I like the consistency in the quality of instruction. The instructors are inspiring and CPY's program and methods are perfectly balanced -- not too spiritual and modern.

The employees as well as the atmosphere of the studio was amazing. Although it was my first time attending a core power class I felt extremely welcome. The vibe was very positive yet calming and I will definitely be attending again in the future.

Yes they are wonderful, I buy the yogi toes and I love them!! The clothes are amazing and great quality too! corepower as a whole is extraordinary and I would suggest that anyone who has not come in to take a class needs to, the classes and instructors are so inspiring. Taking one class is life changing 😊

Sarah Shafer is always amazing. We always make it a point to get to her classes. And the Broadway studio has such a relaxed atmosphere (much different than Grant or especially North Boulder, where yoga seems to be a competitive sport).
