Staff is friendly and for the most part the studio is in great shape. There is some damage around the windows in the studio that is in need of major repair though.
Everyone was so nice and welcoming and it made me feel extremely comfortable, which is rare when trying a new form of exercise. I also loved both the C2 and C1 classes that I have attended so far.
Outstanding guides. All are well versed in the art and science of yoga. Also, each class begins with practical life skill comments based on each guide's personal experience.
I believe strongly that yoga is an excellent form of exercise that produces results.

I have only attended the Monday night candlelit class with Nancy and Seth, but I absolutely love it! Nancy has such a beautiful soothing voice, and Seth is very talented. I wish I could make it every week!!
