It can range from very intense to drop-dead pace.
I have had some repetitive use injuries from running and it’s hard for me to get the effects I used to because I’m too slow- but in core sculpt I can hammer away until I am satisfied.

The classes are always very challenging and rewarding, the teachers are incredibly friendly. It’s a great workout and a release from the stress of the work day!

Love this studio! Ample space in both studio and locker rooms. Teachers are awesome. Parking can be difficult but it’s a great location so it equals out.
Great vibe, spacious room for practice. The men's locker room got very crowded, though.
The high quality yoga instructors are what keep me coming back to CorePower. Big shout out to Vincent at the broadway studio for his inversion instruction!
