The classes are great both online and, my personal favorite, in person. If we need to go back to wearing masks for in person class, I would have no problem with it.

Lisa guided us through a beautiful practice.
The instructor Lisa was amazing, it's the first time I've felt like a yoga class finally got into advanced moves and poses. However, the classes at peak hours are generally overbooked. The studios should set a hard limit for numbers per class, a limit that leaves more room than 1' between mats.
