Really like the teachers; Bine, Rose, Julie, Patty, Sara W., Monika. They all have their own, effective style. They give you a great workout and do it with an understanding of right poses to stay safe from injury while building muscle. They are all also neat people, who inspire and love to teach.
The consistency!! Also I loved Mary Katherine the instructor I’ve watched her grow into a confident and amazing yoga instructor.. CorePower is lucky to have her and I hope you pay her well!

Everyone that works at Core Power is extremely knowledgeable and welcoming! I also love that Cherry Hills has 3 studios so there is a class going on at all hours of the day.

Great sculpt classes, many times and days...What would make them even more amazing...ice cold lemon lavender face cloths at the end...if not possible...would be great to finish with spray misted into air lavender/etc consistently! But really...love the facecloths!

The Wed morning hot yoga class was well paced, relaxing and pleasantly challenging at the same time. The teacher provided great mindful tips throughout the entire class which added an extra welcomed element. I'm excited to come back next week!
