Love the hot power fusion and hot yoga classes! Each class has been such a positive experience. I think it’s very beneficial when the instructors offer to make adjustments to your postures during class.

I loved the yoga sculpt class I took Tuesday 9:15. However, the instructor needs to work on her voice. When she raises the intensity, it is like fingernails on a chalkboard.
Great classes, quality environment for heated classes, wonderful locker rooms and amenities. Wonderful to continue while traveling to other cities, too!

Great instructors! The locker rooms aren't the cleanest in the Denver area, likely because it's larger than the other Denver studios.
