Classes are very different than any others I have tried.

I live in Denver and work in California so I go to a Bikram only studio when I'm in California. I like the instruction I get at Core Power Cherry Hill. The room is cleane and the instructors actually walk around the classroom and offer brief and simple instruction for those struggling or stuck in a pose. I also like the smaller size of the classroom. We can have up to 70 students in a classroom at my studio in California which makes for a very smelly and impersonal environment.

I take mainly the Yoga Sculpt classes! It's not only the class structure because I do believe its the best one hour workout available to me. I'm 56 years old and the combination of cardio, weights ans stretching is perfect in a one hour session. But the real reason of why I come to Cherry Creek and I keep coming to Sculpt is because of the instructors. I literary love Byrnn, Bine, Monica, Susan B, Julie L, Rose, Marnie, Sara W, Caitlin (Past), Ashley (Past). I feel a welcome part of each class. I have never been disappointed with a class only in my effort. Whoever does the hiring deserves a raise!! Thank you Core Power for doing it right!

The teachers are wonderful. Towels, water, and mats are always available. Keyed locks in an easy exchange for car keys is a handy and brilliant service. Terrific selection of gear. Nice lobby space. I really like that there is always enough room. I love that almost every style of yoga is available. I love that 90 minute hot is offered. I love that sculpt if always available in the morning. I love that two studio rooms have early classes. It is the closest studio to me, but it is also my favorite.

I love the atmosphere of Corepower Yoga, it's my escape from the real world and "me" time. I typically attend the sculpt classes and love how the instructors are always switching up the exercises and flows. No class is the same!

The C2 I attended was truly taught to the energy level of the 7:30 am class. I love practicing handstands but this class I appreciated the longer holds instead. I love the teaching variety, but love the studio familiarity. I just moved to Denver and have faith that Corepower will continue to be my home.

The teachers. I practice yoga when I travel and find that the level of knowledge and guidance at CP is over and beyond modt of the studios I visit. I'm often disappointed at the end of class. I also appreciate the variety of classes even though many of the Hot classes have disappeared. I miss them!
