Student Testimonials
The facility (lobby, locker rooms, studio) are always clean, the front reception is always friendly and I've enjoyed all the teachers I've taken classes with - there is clearly expertise and guidance for anyone who wants a deeper practice, but for those newer to yoga (or restarting their practice), there are modifications offered and it doesn't feel shameful to ever come back into child's pose or do a modification when needed. I appreciate the overarching message to trust and listen to your individual body and its needs for that day, that practice. Parking is also always easy, which is a plus at this location.

Patrick was a great teacher. His cueing was spot on and he did incredible hands on assists. Highly recommend
It was a great class with a great instructor!
I had a wonderful time and very much enjoyed the class. Unfortunately, I live in Washington state and in an area where the nearest Core Power is not close by. I happened to just be able to go to a class with my brother and really enjoyed it. The teacher was lovely and I'd come back the next time I'm in town.
Ruby is everythingđź©·
Great instructor! But very difficult to hear her in the room with the loud ac/heater sound. Also made it a little less calming with all that noise. Great workout and space though.
Many teachers get stuck and stagnant in their miscues. It’s almost as if they do not have any ongoing evaluations or refresher training. There is a tendency to perpetuate colloquial names for postures and arbitrary alignment principles that are not based in any anatomical science. The most annoying tendency is for teachers to constantly “Count Down” from 4 to 1 and then say “Release!”. This gets old quickly and is not yogic at all. There seems to be a complete departure from The 8 Limbed Path and virtually no acknowledgment of Hatha Yoga Lineage, it’s very rare to hear any teachers provide Dharma.
Otherwise great !!!!
Loved the teacher, beautiful studio.
The variety, the teachers, the workout, the structure
Teachers and community
Great instructors! This studio really has a welcoming community feel that i have not felt at any other studio!
Wonderful atmosphere and instructors.
Sara is an amazing teacher and supports students making the practice their own. She welcomes and offers modifications for those who need it and is supportive of all levels. She has been one of my faves for a while. ❤️
Very welcoming, love the atmosphere, the teacher and the cleanliness!
Everything
Halie is new and amazing so soon out the gates didn’t stay in one move too long, good music, and fast paced. Only suggestion would be to energize her speaking tone.
Shannon is a powerhouse and lots of positives but def need more warm up time so people aren’t out of breath. More understanding and okay-ness when people take breaks esp older people. The class delivered but could use more warm up and cool down. Felt it was too much as several points.
Core Powers instructors are absolutely amazing. Thank you
The instructors are the best 👌

Clean facilities and great instructors
Great Instructor!
I love the variety of instructors, the formats of classes, and feeling like a part of a community!
Teachers. Variety of class types. Selection of many class times. I can always get into nearly any class. Locker rooms decent. Clean studio.
I love the classes, the teachers, and for Cherry Hills I love the variety of classes and times offered mainly because they have three different studios. However, I do wish the Cherry Hills location offered more HPF classes Monday through Friday, or at least Monday through Thursday, after 5:30pm. I feel like the classes after the work day Monday through Friday over the last few months have become mainly just core restore or C2, much less variety than there use to be. The classes I love most are during the standard work day, so I don’t get to go to those often. There use to be HPF classes Tuesday and Thursdays after 5. Personally, I wish there were HPF classes offered at least twice a week during the work week at some time between 5:30-6:30. I work a standard 9-5 office job so even though I work close by in DTC I don’t get off work till at least 5, so 5:15 is too early of a class time for me and 7pm is a little to late, which is why a HPF class starting at maybe 6 or 6:30 latest offered twice a week would be a yoga dream come true.
The Cherry Hills location is the absolute best! All the teachers I’ve had have been so welcoming and engaging during classes. I truly haven’t taken a bad one yet.
Love Keegan’s Sunday hot yoga class - always a great way to wrap up my weekend!
tallon was wonderful, the class was crowded, and I unfortunately left my mat there my brand new rubber blue mat hopefully it will be there tomorrow morning when I try and pick it up.
Instructor was awesome. Kept it moving and didn’t overdo any exercises or make it overly hard - even though it was a great sweat inducing fat burning workout - the pace was great and I felt great afterwards and not overly exhausted. I loved how a guy at the end said where has this been all of my life! I feel the same way. Nice work!

Great teacher, understands how to relate for students.
