Location and variety of class times
Everyone at the studio was very friendly and helpful. The instructor, Ashley, did a great job of explaining the moves and making me feel comfortable. It was extremely hot in there which made me feel a little sick and flushed.

Your products are great . Quality and styles . I think your teachers are excellent . They explain moves to breathing to where is your mind at now in a very productive way so that you get so much out of the class.

The people - I walked in as a beginner with very little formal training and felt perfectly welcome and accepted. There was absolutely NO snobbish vibe... that is so cool!

The class I recommend to other as class's that I have fallen in love with, I love how the classes are structured and how everyone I come in I can push myself and there will always be a challenge. The classes are fun and everyone how works for core power is always nice and welcoming!
