I liked that it was very easy to get started and that the class had a no pressure/judgement atmosphere. Coming from a ballet background, I absolutely loved that the class kept moving and started slow, picked up pace, and also started with easier movement, and progressed to harder movements- it was very organic!

-- Room temperature and humidity are at the comfortable level (especially in comparison with the Cherry Hills studio)
-- Locker rooms are clean and equipped with the necessities (though there are several broken locker doors)

I like the space

A personalized yoga experience, caring instructors, good music, aromatherapy before and after practice, it's obvious the instructors love what they do. The locker room is even a pleasant space!
