I took the most amazing class from Sarah H here yesterday, Friday June 24th. I had not been to class for a week and it was amazing. She challenged my thinking and had AMAZING words about being conscious of your reactions to situations. This made me feel better about not going to class for so long! I will definitely be going back to the studio and to Sarah's class! Great job.
A variety of classes offered at a variety of times. These classes are easy to fit into anyone's schedule. Classes are challenging but not overkill and instructors are friendly and encouraging and clearly experts in their field.

I love the different class times and the availability to show up without an appointment which is nice for a busy person to have flexibility. All of the teachers are wonderful. The studio is clean and the equipment is in good condition.

Variety of yoga levels, nice environment, nice facility. Ruby is always very nice and good at explaining what to do, nice for newbies like me.
Claire E's classes are INCREDIBLE (hands down my favorite teacher), Stephanie brings total enlightenment to her C2 class with her intentions, Liz Br's yoga sculpts are amazing and difficult, Keira's Monday morning C2 class is the best way to start my week, Ruby does the most unique flows and poses and I LOVE IT. Honestly, all Yoga Sculpt teachers are awesome...always get the best workout.
There are so many classes offered throughout the day
The instructor Christy was soooo good. It was one of the best classes I have ever had. And everyone is always so nice at the front desk. Core power is such a good mix of mind and body, I always feel amazing afterward.
I enjoy the 6am class especially.this is the reason I joined the club and then after really enjoyed the teachers the environment and all of the special events
This may have been my favorite Yoga class I've ever taken! Definitely coming back!
